Duffy to star in Diet Coke ads
POP beauty DUFFY is to be the new face of Diet Coke.
The Welsh singer has landed a six-figure deal to star in a TV ad campaign.
The 24-year-old — real name Aimee Anne Duffy — has been picked for her “raw and edgy character, say bosses.
They want to move away from typical Diet Coke ads with stick-thin models and chiselled hunks.
Last night a Coke source said: “We’re delighted Duffy’s on board. She’s ideal to reach our target audience in the teen and twenties age ranges.”
