Dannii, Duffy to present at MTV Awards

Both rose to fame as singers, but former Young Talent Timer Dannii Minogue and Welsh Grammy-winning songstress Duffy will be presenting rather than performing at the MTV Australia Awards on Friday.

Dannii and Duffy will join Lara Bingle, Rhys Darby and Blink 182's Mark Hoppus handing out the gongs at the music network's night of nights at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Performing duties will be left to Kaiser Chiefs, Jessica Mauboy, The Fray, The Killers, Kings of Leon (via satellite) and Sia, while Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz will host the show.

Viewers can register and place their votes for nominated artists online at www.mtv.com.au/vodafonemtvawards until Wednesday.
