MESSAGE FOR AUSTRALIAN FANS!

Hi everyone,
There is an opportunity for a small number of Duffy fans to attend a special exclusive performance by Duffy for an episode of a TV show that will be going to air in Australia in the next few weeks. She will be performing to an audience of less than 100 so it will be a great opportunity to get up close to her and see a great performance.
The performance is very soon, and there are few places so please email me as quickly as possible if you are interested. The performance will be in Sydney, Australia.

I've got the green light to go to Sydney - now it's just a matter of finding out the exact time and place. Wondering if anyone can help me out on that... I promise to report back every gory detail!
I don't know yet either. I added them as a friend and now I am waiting for a bulletin via email to tell me where it is. They could leave it until the night before if they wanted. :-(
Bummer. I might have to fly to Sydney without yet knowing where/when the gig will take place!
As an aside, it turns out that the gig advertised on the Duffy forums and this blog is NOT the secret MySpace gig - it's another performance and all the seats for that have been taken :( On the bright side, the MySpace gig is supposed to come first, so we get first dibs, so to speak.
O yeah we know the TV appearance guy who was offering tickets is a totally different "gig" to the myspace secret gig. They both just happen to be within the same couple of days when Duffy is doing her mini-promo-tour here in Oz. :-)
Duffy has been touring almost non-stop in Europe and the States over the past 12 months and all we get is a secret gig or two (plus an appearance at V Festival) :/ Says it all really about Australia's place in the world.
You got an exclusive 5 track Mercy cd with songs on that were released in Australia before anywhere else.
Apparently, the Aussie dollar has plummeted in value, so many artists are giving Oz a miss because it's just not worth it.
