02 May: DUFFY NOT @ NELSON MANDELA's BIRTHDAY GIG!

There have been a number of articles over the last few days claiming that Duffy would be at Nelson Mandela's birthday gig in Hyde Park, London on June 27th, but today the official Duffy website has confirmed that she is NOT appearing there. They posted this message today:

Duffy will not be playing Nelson Mandela's 90th Birthday Concert in Hyde Park on June 27th.

Although press reports have stated that Duffy is on the bill for the celebrations - we can confirm that she was never booked for this event and is unfortunately unable to appear due to previously scheduled commitments.
